Where it all started
Flying Dolly’s was born from a suitcase, a spark of wanderlust, and a one-eyed pug named Dolly. Every time her family packed for a trip, Dolly would hop into the suitcase—ready to chase joy and chase snacks (mostly snacks). Inspired by her adventurous spirit, Flying Dolly’s became a place for people who, like Dolly, are always up for a little fun and a lot of treats.
We started small, but with a big idea: that joy should be hand-scooped, fresh-baked, and topped with syrup. We churn our own ice cream, craft gourmet snoballs, and bake cookies that make your soul do a happy dance. Just like Dolly, we bring a little joy everywhere we go.
Where we are headed…
Flying Dolly’s is just getting started. As Dolly "flies" around the world (in spirit, of course), she brings back bold flavors, playful ideas, and inspiration for the next great scoop or swirl. We're growing our menu, expanding our locations, and dreaming up new ways to make your sweet tooth smile.
Our future? It’s as joyful and delicious as Dolly herself. Think international-inspired treats, pup-friendly surprises, and more cozy, colorful spaces where everyone—humans and dogs alike—feels welcome.
